Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic Butter

Instructions
- Rinse the mushrooms and brush off any dirt, cutting large ones in half.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the mushrooms in a single layer to dry sauté them for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Drain the liquid released by the mushrooms or let it evaporate to concentrate the flavor.
- Add the oil, butter, garlic, and one type of optional flavoring, then sauté until mushrooms are golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, season with salt and black pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve.
