The sauce

Instructions
- Melt the vegan butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and a pinch of salt, stirring to combine.
- Cook the mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes on one side without moving them, then flip and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat to medium and add the garlic, cooking for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and cook for another 30 seconds, then remove from heat and serve.
