Sautéed Cremini and Wild Mushrooms

Instructions
- Heat a pan on medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is shimmering, add the mushrooms, thyme, rosemary, and smashed garlic.
- Stir the mushrooms occasionally, reducing the heat if necessary.
- Brown the mushrooms for about 7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- If desired, stir in butter for a richer taste.
