Instructions
- Heat the flour tortillas.
- In a small saucepan, warm the black beans with the diced onion and cumin.
- Fry the eggs or scramble the egg whites.
- Place the cooked eggs on the warm flour tortillas.
- Top the eggs with the warmed black beans.
- Add diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, and lime juice on top.
