Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ataulfo mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ΒΌ cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups full-fat coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. If you have an ice cream maker, churn the mixture according to the machine's instructions.
  3. If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for several hours.
  4. Once frozen, transfer the cubes to an air-tight container.
  5. Before serving, let the sorbet soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  6. Blend or mash the softened sorbet before serving.
