Instructions
- Combine chicken broth, pastina, parmigiano rind, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook until the pastina is tender and most of the broth has been absorbed.
- Transfer the cooked pastina to a bowl and top with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and more cracked pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
