The bowls

Instructions
- Make the salsa by mixing peaches, mango, shallots, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- To assemble the bowls, start with a layer of rice (¾ cup) in each bowl.
- Top the rice with black beans, shredded chicken, and the prepared salsa.
- Serve warm.
