Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries in a large bowl, then fold in the cream cheese mixture and gently add raspberries.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs around the edges and garnish with additional fruit and mint if desired.
- Serve immediately or keep chilled, adding graham cracker crumbs just before serving.
