Cream Cheese, room temperature

Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Drain the fruit and let it sit in a strainer to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy and fluffy.
- Fold in the whipped topping and mix well.
- Add the fruit cocktail and two-thirds of the Mandarin oranges, and gently mix.
- Garnish with the remaining Mandarin oranges and cherries if desired.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
