The Cream Cheese Swirl

1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the egg, pumpkin, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until a batter forms.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese swirl ingredients until smooth.
- Add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of each muffin batter and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
