Easy Bruschetta

For the bruschetta

For the crostini

baguette
sliced into 1-inch thick slices

Instructions
- Combine chopped tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and let it sit in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and brush one side with olive oil.
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Rub the toasted side of the crostini with the cut side of a garlic clove.
- Top the olive oil side of each crostini with the bruschetta mixture and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
