Instructions
- Cook the ground meat according to your preferred method and set aside.
- Lay out four overlapping burrito-sized tortillas on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Layer the black beans, ground meat, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, and tostada shells on the tortillas.
- Fold in the edges of the tortillas tightly to close the wrap.
- Transfer the wrap to a skillet over medium heat, fold-side down.
- Cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- Once cooked, transfer to a plate, cut into quarters, and serve with additional guacamole, sour cream, or hot sauce.
