Instructions
- Cook the vegan crumbles with water and taco seasoning in a skillet until the water evaporates.
- Place a tortilla on a plate and add a quarter of the meat mixture in a circle.
- Drizzle vegan cheese sauce over the meat mixture.
- Add a tostada shell on top of the cheese sauce.
- Spread vegan sour cream, lettuce, and tomato on top of the tostada.
- Fold the tortilla around the fillings carefully.
- Heat a skillet and place the folded crunchwrap in it, cooking until browned on both sides.
- Serve immediately.
