Ingredients

The Wrap

  • 5 pieces 10-inch burrito flour tortillas
  • 4 pieces tostada shells

The Filling

  • 10 ounces vegan meat crumbles
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup vegan cheese sauce
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 piece tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup vegan sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the vegan crumbles with water and taco seasoning in a skillet until the water evaporates.
  2. Place a tortilla on a plate and add a quarter of the meat mixture in a circle.
  3. Drizzle vegan cheese sauce over the meat mixture.
  4. Add a tostada shell on top of the cheese sauce.
  5. Spread vegan sour cream, lettuce, and tomato on top of the tostada.
  6. Fold the tortilla around the fillings carefully.
  7. Heat a skillet and place the folded crunchwrap in it, cooking until browned on both sides.
  8. Serve immediately.
