Creamy White Bean Queso (or store-bought vegan queso)

Instructions
- Prepare the Creamy White Bean Queso if not already made.
- Crumble the tofu into a skillet, add taco seasoning and water, and cook until liquid is absorbed.
- Mash the avocado with lime juice and salt to make guacamole.
- Chop the lettuce and tomatoes for assembly.
- Heat tortillas in a skillet until pliable.
- Assemble the burrito with queso, tofu meat, guacamole, tomatoes, chips, and lettuce.
- Fold the burrito and optionally fry it in a skillet until golden.
- Repeat the assembly for all burritos and enjoy immediately.
