Pear and Bacon Bites

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Cut the bacon into one inch pieces and line a baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- 3. Arrange the bacon pieces on the pan and cook for 18-20 minutes until crispy.
- 4. Remove the bacon from the oven and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.
- 5. Slice the pear into ½ inch thick slices.
- 6. Place a piece of bacon on top of each pear slice and secure with a toothpick.
- 7. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and paprika.
- 8. Drizzle a little maple syrup over each piece or over the platter.
- 9. Serve immediately to your guests.
