Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Drain the squid rings and shrimp in a colander.
- Melt half the ghee in a wok over medium-high heat and sauté the onion, salt, and pepper until golden.
- Add the red bell pepper, snow peas, garlic, and thyme, sauté for 30 seconds, then remove from the wok.
- Increase the heat to high, melt the remaining ghee, and add the shrimp and squid rings.
- Sauté until the seafood turns opaque and the squid curls, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Return the vegetables to the wok, add the cooked rice, and stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
