Instructions
- Gather all smoothie ingredients.
- Place the ingredients in a blender in the order listed: spinach, almond milk, oats, blueberries, yogurt, maple syrup, and flaxseed.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, taste, and add more maple syrup or honey as desired.
