Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Pat the turkey dry and remove the inner cavity contents.
- Pour broth into the bottom of a roasting pan and place the turkey on top.
- Inject the turkey with the marinade, focusing on breasts and legs.
- Drizzle olive oil over the turkey and rub the spices into the skin.
- Bake the turkey at 425°F for 30 minutes to crisp the skin.
- Lower the temperature to 325°F and continue baking for 2-5 hours, checking with a meat thermometer.
- Ensure the turkey reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
