Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp instant coffee or espresso
  • 4 oz hot water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix instant coffee with hot water until dissolved.
  2. In two containers, add coffee, chia seeds, milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix well and cover the containers.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
