Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter with olive oil and garlic in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Slice the potatoes thinly, leaving the bottom intact by using wooden spoons as guides.
- Brush the melted butter mixture between the slices and over the top of the potatoes.
- Bake the potatoes for 45 to 55 minutes until crispy and tender.
- Season with additional salt and fresh herbs before serving.
