The Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, oil, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla, then mix in the pumpkin.
- Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then pour the remaining batter on top.
- Swirl the batter with a knife and sprinkle the top with remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, then invert and cool completely before slicing.
