Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
- In a bowl, mix the crumb topping ingredients until crumbly and chill.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients for the muffins.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients for the muffins.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Divide the batter among the muffin liners and top with the crumb mixture.
- Bake for 25-29 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
