Instructions
- Combine balsamic vinegar, stone ground mustard, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk the mixture until thoroughly combined.
- Slowly add olive oil while continuing to whisk.
- Whisk until the dressing thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
- Store the dressing in an airtight container.
