Salsa Chicken Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Drain and rinse the black beans, then combine the rice, black beans, corn, salsa, chicken broth, chili powder, and oregano in an 8×8 inch casserole dish.
- Cut the chicken breasts into three pieces each and push them into the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for one hour.
- Check the rice for tenderness; if not tender, cover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Once the rice is tender, sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven until melted.
- Add sliced green onions on top and serve hot.
