Instructions
- 1. Mix all bruschetta ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet without overcrowding.
- 4. Cook the first side for 8 minutes without moving, then flip and cook the other side for 2-4 minutes until cooked through.
- 5. Remove chicken from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve chicken topped with the bruschetta mixture.
