Instructions
- Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas, then dry them by massaging with kitchen towels to remove the skins.
- In a food processor, blend the chickpeas with peanut butter, maple syrup, salt, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and blend again until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve.
