Instructions
- 1. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- 3. Cook the pork cutlets in a single layer until golden brown on one side, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 4. Flip the cutlets and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes total.
- 5. Transfer the cooked cutlets to a plate and keep warm.
- 6. Add sliced apples to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 7. Pour in apple juice and cook until mostly evaporated, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 8. Stir in cream and nutmeg, simmering until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- 9. Return the pork cutlets to the skillet, stirring until heated through and coated with sauce.
- 10. Garnish with chives before serving.
