Pork Chops and Applesauce

flour (leave out for gluten free)
The applesauce

cup
apple sauce (homemade or store bought)
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with paprika, garlic powder, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chops lightly with flour on a flat plate, shaking off excess.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Cook the chops in the skillet for 3 ½ to 4 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chops and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove from the pan and let rest for three minutes before serving.
