Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork chops until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops and add the diced green chiles to the skillet, cooking until darkened.
- Add vinegar, sugar, and salt to the skillet, stirring until reduced, then add water and butter, cooking until melted.
- Stir in the apple pieces and remove from heat.
- Arrange the pork on a platter, drizzle with juices, and top with the apple and green chile mixture.
