Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- In a large, oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture and brown them for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- While the pork chops are browning, mix apple cider, apple butter, water, garlic, and mustard in a bowl.
- Once the pork chops are browned, add the cider mixture to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Distribute the caramelized onions over the pork chops, cover the skillet, and transfer it to the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then serve with sauce and your choice of sides.
