Instructions
- Remove the shells from the shrimp, leaving the tails intact.
- Lightly pound the black peppercorns until coarsely cracked.
- Heat a skillet or wok and add the melted butter over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic and black pepper until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and stir to combine.
- Add the oyster sauce and stir a few times before incorporating the rice wine and sugar.
- Stir-fry until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Add the scallions, mix well, then serve immediately.
