Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
- Add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and jalapeno to the smoker.
- Smoke the vegetables for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
- Remove the vegetables from the smoker and add them to a blender or food processor along with the lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt.
- Blend and pulse the ingredients until combined, adjusting spices to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
