Black Bean Gingerbread Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the black beans, oat flour, coconut oil, coconut sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt, baking soda, vanilla, molasses, and vinegar, and process until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the lined baking dish and sprinkle with coarse sugar if desired.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is firm to touch.
- Cool completely before slicing the bars.
