Ingredients

Pastry and Filling

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.), room temperature
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (or more)

Fruit Topping

  • 2–3 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
  3. Poke holes in the middle of each pastry piece to minimize inflation.
  4. Bake the pastries until puffed and lightly golden, about 12-15 minutes, then let cool.
  5. Puree strawberries with sugar, boil in a saucepan, then simmer until thickened.
  6. Whisk together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth, adding more sugar if needed.
  7. Assemble pastries by spreading cream cheese, drizzling with strawberry mixture, and adding blueberries.
