Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
- Poke holes in the middle of each pastry piece to minimize inflation.
- Bake the pastries until puffed and lightly golden, about 12-15 minutes, then let cool.
- Puree strawberries with sugar, boil in a saucepan, then simmer until thickened.
- Whisk together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth, adding more sugar if needed.
- Assemble pastries by spreading cream cheese, drizzling with strawberry mixture, and adding blueberries.
