Instructions
- Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whip cream cheese until fluffy, then mix in egg yolk, sugar, and extracts.
- Thaw and unfold puff pastry on a floured surface, rolling it slightly.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles and score the edges without cutting through.
