Ingredients

Tomatoes and seasoning

  • 2 cups Tomatoes (fresh or canned diced)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste (optional)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Herbs

  • to taste Fresh or dried herbs (e.g., basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, fennel seed)

Instructions
