Dark Chocolate Dipped Crunchy Coconut Cashew Sesame Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Toast the cashews, coconut, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, and hemp seeds separately until golden brown.
- Set aside some toasted seeds for topping the bars later.
- Process the cashews, coconut, and remaining seeds with salt and wheat bran in a food processor until finely chopped.
- In a saucepan, bring maple syrup and coconut oil to a boil, then stir in vanilla and pour over the cashew mixture.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan and top with reserved seeds, then bake until golden brown.
- Let the bars cool, cut them, and dip in melted chocolate.
- Freeze the dipped bars for 5 minutes to harden the chocolate.
