Ingredients

The Sangria Base

  • 750 mL dry red wine
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • ½ cup triple sec
  • 750 mL sparkling apple cider

Fruits and Garnishes

  • to taste sliced apples
  • to taste sliced pears
  • to taste sliced oranges
  • to taste cinnamon sticks
  • to taste cranberries
  • to taste rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the dry red wine, apple cider, cranberry juice, and triple sec. Stir well.
  2. Add the sparkling apple cider and gently stir again.
  3. Incorporate the sliced fruits, cinnamon sticks, and cranberries into the mixture.
  4. Prepare glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with a rosemary sprig and serve.
