Christmas Sangria

white wine

ginger beer

apple cider

brandy

pears, sliced

oranges, sliced

pomegranate
arils

sticks
cinnamon sticks

to taste
cinnamon sugar (for rimming glasses, optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
- Stir and refrigerate until chilled, but do not chill for longer than a few hours to maintain the fizz of the ginger beer.
- Before serving, rim glasses with cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Fill each glass with ice and pour the sangria over the ice.
- Top with more ginger beer if desired and garnish with slices of pears, oranges, and pomegranate arils.
