No Bake Strawberry Almond Energy Balls

medjool dates, pit removed

strawberries, sliced (about 1 cup)

sliced almonds

uncooked rolled oats

chia seeds

shredded coconut flakes
Instructions
- Remove pits from dates and slice each date in half. Remove stems from strawberries and slice into quarters.
- Combine all ingredients, except for the coconut flakes, in a food processor and pulse until the almonds are mostly broken up.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for an hour. After chilling, roll into ping pong-sized balls.
- Roll the balls in the shredded coconut to coat and enjoy.
