Salsa Verde (Tomatillo Salsa)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Arrange the tomatillos, jalapeno, and garlic on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Roast for about 10 minutes, then flip and roast for another 5 to 10 minutes until soft and browned.
- Let the roasted vegetables cool to room temperature.
- Transfer the tomatillos, jalapeno (remove the stem), and garlic to a food processor.
- Add cilantro, onion, lime juice, and sea salt, then pulse until you reach the desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt if needed.
