Salsa Verde

Tomatillos, husked, rinsed and quartered

Instructions
- Rinse the tomatillos in warm water to remove the sticky film, then cut and quarter them.
- Combine the tomatillos, cilantro, onion, garlic, chilies, lime juice, and seasonings in a food processor and pulse until mixed.
- Taste and adjust salt, heat, and lime juice as needed.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
