Instructions
- Blend tomatillos, avocado, onion, garlic, chile, cilantro, and salt for salsa verde until smooth.
- If making salsa roja, blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, chile, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Salsa can be made 2 days ahead; transfer to an airtight container and chill.
