Salsa Roja Ingredients

  • 12 oz. tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Blend tomatillos, avocado, onion, garlic, chile, cilantro, and salt for salsa verde until smooth.
  2. If making salsa roja, blend tomatoes, onion, garlic, chile, cilantro, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Salsa can be made 2 days ahead; transfer to an airtight container and chill.
