Sous Vide Salmon
Ingredients
The salmon

salmon fillets (approximately 5-6 ounces each)
Seasoning and aromatics

sliced into thin coins

fresh herbs of choice (dill, parsley, thyme, etc.)

Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and insert the sous vide immersion circulator, setting it to 125°F or desired temperature.
- Once the water is preheated, pat the salmon fillets dry and season them with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned salmon in a vacuum sealing bag, adding olive oil, lemon coins, and fresh herbs.
- Seal the bag using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method and submerge it in the water bath for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the bag from the water bath.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter or ghee until melted.
- Remove the salmon from the bag and sear it in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Serve the salmon immediately with desired sides.
