Sous Vide Salmon

Instructions
- Prepare the sous vide water bath by filling a large pot with water and setting the temperature to 130ºF.
- Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper, adding a sprig of dill on top of each.
- Place each salmon filet into individual bags or one large bag, squeezing lemon juice over them before sealing.
- Submerge the bags in the water bath and set the timer for 45 minutes.
- Once done, remove the bags from the water, take out the salmon, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Broil the salmon in the oven for 1-3 minutes until golden brown, or sear in a skillet with olive oil.
- Season again with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy.
