Salmon in Foil with Lemon and Dill

lemon slices (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan with foil, coating it with cooking spray.
- Mix together melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon on the foil and pour the butter mixture over it.
- Cover the salmon with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until just done.
- Switch the oven to broil, uncover the salmon, and broil for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with dill, add lemon slices for garnish, and serve immediately.
