Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut four sheets of aluminum foil about 14 inches long.
- Divide the asparagus into 4 equal portions and layer them in the center of each foil sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then drizzle 1 tsp over the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
- Season the bottom of each salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the asparagus.
- Drizzle 1 tsp of the olive oil mixture over each salmon fillet and season the top with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with 2 sprigs of dill and 2 lemon slices.
- Wrap the foil around the salmon and asparagus to enclose them.
- Place the foil pouches on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-30 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Unwrap and serve warm.
