Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Create a pocket with 4 sheets of tin foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute asparagus among the packets and season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon on top of the asparagus.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, mustard, butter, honey, lemon zest, smoked paprika, thyme, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over each salmon and rub it in gently.
- Place two slices of lemon on each salmon piece.
- Close the foil packets.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then turn on the broiler.
- Open the packets to expose the salmon and broil uncovered for 1 minute.
