Baked Lemon Dill Salmon

The creamy dill sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Grease a 13 by 9-inch baking dish and place the salmon fillets inside.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, drizzle with the lemon mixture, and rub it over the salmon.
- Let the salmon rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-16 minutes until cooked through.
- For the sauce, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, honey, and enough milk to reach the desired consistency in a bowl.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the salmon warm topped with the creamy dill sauce.
