Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare your cooking surface.
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon filets, then drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper, and dill.
- Top the salmon with thin lemon slices.
- If using a skillet, sear the salmon skin-side down for 2-3 minutes before transferring to the oven.
- Bake the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- For the garlic sauce, mix hummus, lemon juice, dill, and garlic in a bowl, adding water to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve the salmon with the garlic dill sauce and enjoy.
